Conference fees:
- Early-Bird Registration 135 EUR / 580 PLN,
- Students/PhD students: 100 EUR / 430 PLN (valid only for early-bird registration),
- Regular fee: 160 EUR / 688 PLN
The conference fee covers costs of conference participation, coffee breaks social dinner and lunches on 18 and 19 June 2019.
The conference fee does not include accommodation. Please see Venu sections with recommended hotels and their prices.
Conference trip fees:
– Pre-conference trip to the Experimental Forest Station in Rogów (16-18 June) – 170 EUR / 731 PLN (accommodation included)
– Post-conference trip to the Białowieża Forest (19-22 June) – accommodation included: double room 300 EUR / 1290 PLN or single room 340 EUR / 1462 PLN
The conference trip fee covers cost of transportation, accomodation and all meals during trips.
